XLP

XLP works across nine inner‑city London boroughs and the City of London, supporting more than 4,000 young people each year through education, mentoring, employability programmes, community youth work, sports and the arts. Their mission is to build long‑term, trusting relationships that empower young people from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Through consistent, early‑intervention support, XLP helps young people stay engaged in education, avoid anti‑social behaviour, and develop the confidence and independence they need to contribute positively to their communities. By creating safe spaces and opening up new opportunities, XLP broadens horizons and helps young people realise their potential in meaningful and lasting ways.
